*ID verification will be conducted at the venue on the day of the show, so please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. The ID must be within its valid period; copies, photos, or digital images are not accepted.
*Entry and refunds will not be permitted if the name printed on the ticket does not match the name on the valid ID presented.
*The Pre-show Professor Puth viewing and Q&A session are scheduled to take place before doors open. Further details will be announced at a later date.
*A designated meeting time will be set for the Pre-show Professor Puth viewing and Q&A session. Please note that no refunds will be provided if you are late and unable to participate.
*Please note that not all questions submitted during the Q&A session may be answered.
*Accompanying guests must enter the venue at the same time as the ticket holder. Entry by accompanying guests alone will not be permitted.

※Children aged 6 and above require a ticket. Children under 6 are not allowed entry.
※Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites, social media, etc., the entry of both the seller and buyer will be prohibited. No refunds will be provided for resold tickets.
※Any issues arising from tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller.
※Tickets may sell out during the pre-order/pre-sale periods. Please note that general sales may not be available if the tickets reach the allocated number during pre-sales.
※Wheelchair-accessible area is located within S seat area. If you wish to be allocated to wheelchair-accessible area, please purchase the tickets, including accompanying individuals. After purchasing a ticket, please contact LIVE NATION H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 in advance for guidance on wheelchair-accessible areas. Please note that even if you have purchased other ticket tiers, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within those areas.

※Views from some seats may be obstructed due to the stage production.
