※The attendee’s name will be printed on the ticket. Please apply for and purchase tickets using the name of the person who will attend the event.

※The organizer will not compensate for travel expenses, accommodation, or any other costs incurred (including cancellation fees) for any reason, including show cancellations or postponements.
※Please note some seats may require that you remain seated during the performance for safety reasons.
※Please note before purchasing tickets that the view of stage, production, and performers may be obstructed due to towers, production equipment, or other venue structures.
※No re-entry allowed.
※Please be aware that videos and photographs of the venue, including members of the audience, may be published.

※Please note that resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites (viagogo, StubHub etc.), social media, etc., the entry of the seller and buyer will be prohibited. No refunds will be allowed for any ticket that have been resold.
Any problems directly related to tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller.

※The wheelchair accessible viewing area for this event is planned to be located within the SS Reserved Seat section. Guests requiring the wheelchair viewing area, including any accompanying guest(s), are requested to purchase an SS Reserved Seat ticket. Guests will be guided to the wheelchair viewing area corresponding to the ticket category purchased.
※Please note that, due to venue layout and the availability of the wheelchair viewing area, guests may be guided to a different area than the ticket category purchased.
※Please note that ticket category changes or refunds of any price differences cannot be accommodated after purchase.
※Accompanying guests may, depending on the availability of the wheelchair viewing area, be asked to watch the show from their own assigned seats rather than within the wheelchair viewing area.
※Guests wishing to use the wheelchair accessible viewing area must submit a request in advance. If no prior request is made, we may be unable to accommodate your preferred arrangements.
