Thank you for purchasing a VIP Standing ticket for Enter Shikari’s Japan shows on May 28 (Thu) and May 29 (Fri) at WWW X. Please read the following VIP benefit details carefully.
16:15 Merch presale (Priority merchandise lane available for VIP Standing ticket holders)
16:45 Soundcheck participants check-in（Please come to the venue front entrance）
17:00 Soundcheck starts
18:00 Doors (VIP Standing ticket holders will enter first, followed by GA Standing ticket holders, in order of the serial numbers printed on the ticket)
※All times are subject to change.
※We ask that all purchasers of the VIP Standing ticket be present at “WWW X Front Entrance” by 16:45.
※Any purchasers that are not present by the VIP check-in time 16:45 will not be able to participate in the VIP soundcheck. No refunds will be issued.
※At VIP check-in, we will verify the identity of the purchaser, so please ensure you bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Only original, non-expired IDs will be accepted. Copies, screenshots, or photos of IDs will not be accepted.
※If the name printed on the ticket does not match the name on the ID presented, or if identity verification cannot be completed, participation in the VIP soundcheck will be denied.
※The purchaser of the VIP Standing ticket must enter together with all other members of their party.
※Under no circumstances will VIP Standing tickets be reissued.
※The soundcheck start time and participating members may change depending on circumstances on the day of the event.
※After the soundcheck, guests will be asked to temporarily exit the venue and re-enter at door time in order of the serial numbers. VIP Standing ticket holders will enter first, followed by GA Standing ticket holders.
※Lost or damaged limited merchandise and signed laminate passes distributed at the venue cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
※Please take responsibility for managing your valuables and personal belongings at all times.
※Please follow all staff instructions and cooperate to ensure the smooth operation of the event. Guests who fail to comply with staff instructions or are deemed disruptive may be asked to leave the venue.
To ensure the safety of both guests and Enter Shikari, staff may ask for your cooperation throughout the event. Thank you very much for your understanding.

※ID verification will be conducted at the venue, so please bring valid photo ID. Only original IDs will be accepted — copies, photos, or digital images will not be accepted.

※The soundcheck party is scheduled to take place before doors open. Further details will be announced later.
※A meeting time will be designated for the soundcheck party. Please note that if you are late and miss the session, no refunds will be issued.
※Exclusive merch will be handed out at the venue on the day of the show. Delivery or later pickup will not be available.
※Accompanying persons must enter the venue together with the ticket purchaser. Entry by accompanying persons alone will not be permitted.

●About the Show and Tickets
※Children aged 6 and above require a ticket. Children under 6 are not allowed entry.
※Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites, social media, etc., the entry of both the seller and buyer will be prohibited. No refunds will be provided for resold tickets.
※Any issues arising from tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller.
※Tickets may sell out during the pre-order/pre-sale periods. Please note that general sales may not be available if the tickets reach the allocated number during pre-sales.
※If you require a wheelchair-accessible area, please contact LIVE NATION H.I.P. at +81-3-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm JST) in advance for guidance. Accompanying individuals must also possess a valid ticket.
※Please note that we may not be able to provide a seat within the purchased ticket tier's area depending on the venue structure and the number of requests.
※Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including loss, damage, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the show.
※Except in the case of postponement or cancellation, ticket cancellations, changes, or refunds will not be accepted for any reason after the order has been fulfilled.
※Doors/show times, content, performing artists, and VIP package details are subject to change. No refunds will be issued in such cases; please apply only after understanding and agreeing to these terms.
※The organizer will not compensate for travel expenses, accommodation, or any other costs incurred (including cancellation fees) for any reason, including show cancellations or postponements.
※Views from some seats may be obstructed due to the stage production.
※No re-entry allowed.
※Please be aware that videos and photographs of the venue, including members of the audience, may be published.

※Any issues arising on the day of the show must be discussed with the staff on-site immediately. We are unable to address inquiries made after the show dates, as we cannot verify the facts.

※Please note that if you apply for multiple tickets for the same performance date during the lottery pre-order, there is a possibility that you may win multiple tickets.
※Before applying, please carefully read the instructions on the application page regarding the ticket collection method (Digital Tickets). A smartphone is required to receive your tickets.
※For Credit Card Payment: Please ensure your card number and expiration date are entered correctly and check your credit limit before applying. If the payment cannot be processed at the time of the lottery, your application will be disqualified.
