* Upon entry, the purchaser’s identity will be verified, so please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Copies, photos, and image data will not be accepted.
* Entry and refunds will not be permitted if the name printed on the ticket does not match the name on the ID.
* The Meet & Greet is scheduled to take place before doors open. Further details will be announced at a later date. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you arrive late for the meeting time and are unable to participate.
* All members are scheduled to participate in the photo opportunity, but this may change depending on circumstances on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
* Accompanying guests must enter at the same time as the ticket purchaser. Entry by accompanying guests alone will not be permitted.
* Entry order at doors open will be: VIP Standing → GOLD Standing → Standing ticket holders.
* The exclusive laminated pass will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event. Please note that it cannot be mailed or handed over at a later date.

●About the Show and Tickets
※Children aged 6 and above require a ticket. Children under 6 are not allowed entry.
※Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites, social media, etc., the entry of both the seller and buyer will be prohibited. No refunds will be provided for resold tickets.
※Any issues arising from tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller.
※Tickets may sell out during the pre-order/pre-sale periods. Please note that general sales may not be available if the tickets reach the allocated number during pre-sales.
※If you wish to be allocated to wheelchair-accessible area, please purchase the tickets, including accompanying individuals. After purchasing a ticket, please contact LIVE NATION H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 in advance for guidance on wheelchair-accessible areas. Please note that even if you have purchased other ticket tiers, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within those areas.

※The organizer will not compensate for travel expenses, accommodation, or any other costs incurred (including cancellation fees) for any reason, including show cancellations or postponements.
※Views from some seats may be obstructed due to the stage production.

※Please note that if you apply for multiple tickets for the same performance date during the lottery pre-order, there is a possibility that you may win multiple tickets.

※For Credit Card Payment: Please ensure your card number and expiration date are entered correctly and check your credit limit before applying. If the payment cannot be processed at the time of the lottery, your application will be disqualified.
