<Notice to all ticket holders>
■ Drink Fee Upon Entry
A separate drink fee of ¥600 will be collected upon entry and exchanged for a drink coin. Accepted payment methods: HERE
You may exchange the coin for a drink of your choice inside the venue. Please note that, for security reasons, canned and bottled drinks will be poured into paper cups before being served.
Please note that drink tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance.

■Please note that for this event, all items, including bags larger than 30 (H) cm x 30cm (L) ｘ15cm (W) is prohibited.

Security and bag checks will thoroughly be conducted upon entry into the venue. Due to the above, admission into the venue my take longer than usual, and we kindly request that you allow for extra time when arriving. Please also note that bringing reusable bottles, glass bottles, and cans into the venue is prohibited. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■Prohibited Items

As cheering items, fans may bring and use hand uchiwa fans that fit within the above bag size regulations, boards up to A4 size, as well as BUS OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE INCLUDING LIGHT STICK (BOB) AND HAND FANS (UCHIWA FANS).
All non-official light sticks, LED signs, LED headbands, and any other illuminated cheering equipment are prohibited inside the venue.

Regardless, please note that any items prohibited by law or deemed dangerous for security reasons will not be permitted inside the venue. Please note that prohibited items must be stored in nearby coin lockers. If brought into the venue, such items may be disposed of.

*Please note that there is no cloakroom available inside the venue. Coin lockers inside the venue are limited in number.

■ Recording of the Show
Only photography and video recording using mobile phones are permitted during the show. Flash photography and the use of devices other than mobile phones for photography or video recording are prohibited, as they may disturb other attendees.

■Waiting Outside of the Venue
Waiting outside for artists before/after the show is strictly prohibited in and around the venue and surrounding areas.
Please note that the artist, organizer, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or troubles resulting from such actions. Any issues that arise must be resolved between the individuals involved.
In the event of malicious or dangerous behavior, entry to the venue may be denied, and offenders may be handed over to the police. Thank you for your understanding.

■Guests Using Wheelchairs

A designated viewing area will be provided. Please note that certain areas may have restricted access.
If you are accompanied by a companion, please be aware that each companion must have their own ticket.
Depending on the number of guests using the wheelchair viewing area, companions may be asked to view the performance from their assigned seats. In such cases, please follow instructions delegated by venue staff.

■Additional Important Information
・Re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
・Please note that there will be no merchandise sales at this show, however CD sales are planned (details to be announced on a later date.)
・During the performance, viewing from areas other than your assigned seat or designated area is strictly prohibited.
・Please follow all instructions given by venue staff at all times. The artist, organizer, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.
・Throwing objects onto the stage or rushing toward the stage is strictly prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with staff instructions may be asked to leave the venue. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
・Please discuss any issues that arise on the day of the show with the staff on site. We are unable to address inquiries made after the show dates, as we cannot verify the facts.
・Admission with tickets purchased from unofficial resale sites such as Viagogo or StubHub cannot be guaranteed. There have been cases where tickets purchased from such sites were not delivered by the day of the performance. In these situations, the promoter is unable to provide any support.
・In the event that the performance is canceled, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any related fees.
・While there are public parking facilities near the venue, availability is limited. We strongly recommend using public transportation.
・Gifts and letters will not be accepted at this event. BEUS are kindly encouraged not to spend extra money preparing such items. Your support and presence mean more than enough to us.
