■ Drink Fee Upon Entry
A separate drink fee of ¥600 will be collected upon entry and exchanged for a drink coin. Cash payment only.

■Please note that for this event, all items, including bags larger than 30 (H) cm x 30cm (L) ｘ15cm (W) is prohibited.

Security and bag checks will thoroughly be conducted upon entry into the venue. Due to the above, admission into the venue my take longer than usual, and we kindly request that you allow for extra time when arriving. Please also note that bringing reusable bottles, glass bottles, and cans into the venue is prohibited. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■Prohibited Items

Regardless, please note that any items prohibited by law or deemed dangerous for security reasons will not be permitted inside the venue. Please note that prohibited items must be stored in nearby coin lockers. If brought into the venue, such items may be disposed of.

■Waiting Outside of the Venue
Waiting outside for artists before/after the show is strictly prohibited in and around the venue and surrounding areas.
Please note that the artist, organizer, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or troubles resulting from such actions. Any issues that arise must be resolved between the individuals involved.
In the event of malicious or dangerous behavior, entry to the venue may be denied, and offenders may be handed over to the police. Thank you for your understanding.

■Guests Using Wheelchairs
Guests attending the event using wheelchairs are kindly requested to contact Live Nation H.I.P. in advance for confirmation.

A designated viewing area will be provided. Please note that certain areas may have restricted access.
If you are accompanied by a companion, please be aware that each companion must have their own ticket. ■Additional Important Information
・Re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
・During the performance, viewing from areas other than your assigned seat or designated area is strictly prohibited.
・Please follow all instructions given by venue staff at all times. The artist, organizer, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.
・Throwing objects onto the stage or rushing toward the stage is strictly prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with staff instructions may be asked to leave the venue. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
・Please discuss any issues that arise on the day of the show with the staff on site. We are unable to address inquiries made after the show dates, as we cannot verify the facts.
・Admission with tickets purchased from unofficial resale sites such as Viagogo or StubHub cannot be guaranteed. There have been cases where tickets purchased from such sites were not delivered by the day of the performance. In these situations, the promoter is unable to provide any support.
・In the event that the performance is canceled, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any related fees.
・While there are public parking facilities near the venue, availability is limited. We strongly recommend using public transportation.

【Notice for Anson Seabra VIP Standing ticket holders】

※We ask that all purchasers of the VIP Standing ticket be present at the 6F lobby to the venue “Spotify O-Nest” by 17:00.
※Any purchasers that are not present by the VIP call 17:00 will not be able to participate in the VIP activities and will not be refunded.
※At the VIP check-in, we will verify the identity of the purchaser, so please ensure you bring a valid Photo ID. Only original IDs that have not expired are acceptable. Copies or photos will not be accepted.
If the name printed on the ticket does not match the ID shown or the ID is in any way invalid, you will not be able to attend to the VIP activities and will not be refunded.
※The purchaser of the VIP Standing ticket must enter together will all other members of their party.
※Under no circumstances will VIP Standing tickets be reissued.
※The photo session with Anson Seabra is scheduled to proceed in order of the serial numbers printed on the VIP Standing tickets. Please note that the order may change depending on the situation on the day.
After the photo session, guests will be asked to temporarily exit the venue and re-enter at door time in order of the serial numbers. VIP Standing ticket holders will enter first, followed by GA Standing ticket holders.

【Regarding the Individual Photo Session with Anson Seabra】

※Photos will be taken by staff using your personal smartphone (professional-grade cameras are not permitted). Please follow staff instructions on the day of the event.
Only one photo per person will be allowed. Please make sure to check your photo immediately after it is taken and notify staff immediately on site if there are any issues.
※Personal photo or video recording during the event is prohibited
※The start time of the photo session may be delayed depending on the artist’s schedule and the situation on the day. Thank you for understanding.
※Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The organizer and venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
